Terms and Conditions

• £100 deposit is required to secure your slot with the remainder to be paid on the day.

•  4 years old and under (proof of age by passport is required)

• Testicles must be present! If you are unsure, a pre-castration check must be completed prior to your clinic booking to assess suitability for the clinic. This can be booked on your zone day and may require sedation

• If your horse is not vaccinated, then a tetanus antitoxin will be given and charged as extra on the day (this year we may ask you to have vaccinations performed prior to admission to the hospital, because of the Influenza outbreaks this year)

• Vaccinations, passport & microchips can also be performed on the day.
